30-Day Unopened Return Guarantee

If you change your mind, you may return any unopened, untampered product in its original, sealed blister packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price (excluding original shipping fees).

Opened Product Policy

Due to strict health, hygiene, and botanical safety standards, products that have been unsealed, opened, or partially consumed cannot be returned or resold. However, if you believe a product is defective or does not match batch specifications, please reach out to our team immediately with your batch lot number so we can investigate and make it right.

Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, crushed, or tampered with by the postal carrier:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged shipping package and product blister pack.
2. Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will immediately file a carrier insurance claim and dispatch a replacement package at zero cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please visit our Contact Page or email [email protected] with your Order Number and reason for return. Our support staff will provide an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return address. Unauthorized returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Refund Processing Times

Once your returned package is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, your refund will be posted back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
