Standard terms governing all orders, payment verification, coupon codes, and age compliance.
Section 1 — Age Verification & Compliance
All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from officialzohm.com. We reserve the right to request state-issued photo identification if automated verification checks require additional validation. Orders failing age verification will be automatically canceled.
Section 2 — Pricing, Sales & Coupon Codes
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors. Only one discount code or promotional coupon can be applied per order. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed transactions.
Section 3 — Order Modification & Cancellation
Because orders placed before 2:00 PM EST enter automated fulfillment queues immediately, order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 30 minutes of purchase. Once a tracking number is generated, orders cannot be halted in transit.
Section 4 — Payment Verification & Security
All credit and debit transactions undergo real-time fraud screening via 3D Secure 2.0. If billing information does not match issuing bank records, transactions will be declined. We do not store sensitive credit card numbers on our servers.
